are free of charge, and we are also happy to carry out paid valuations for
marketing purposes and credit any fee against future commissions if an eventual
decision is made to market the property through Waltons.
The marketing takes the form of traditional methods, such as newspaper advertising,
for sale and to let boards, as well as mailshots and the promotion of this
web-site throughout Tameside as a focus for property enquiries in a very
narrow and particularly defined geographical area in which the company operates.
Our manager, Martin Walton, has over twenty five years' experience in
the area and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
